So I just spent a few days in the hospital. My heart went kinda hay wire. It really sucked so I checked myself into the ER. I felt fine enough to not call for an ambulance so i took the bus to the UW Medical Center with Annie a little after 9pm Thursday. They ran some blood tests and hooked me up to some monitors and found out that yep sure enough my heart was going through a-fib. So they kept me over night and the cardio team scheduled a cardioversion for the very next morning. Friday morning i was wheeled into the PAC Unit for the cardioversion. It was done very well staff was really cool especially the lead cardio anastisiologist. After it was doine I was wheeled back to 2 north and rested there for a couple hours. Finally on the 5th floor there was a room open for me. So I was wheeled up there along with my mother and Annie. I stayed in the room on the 5th floor till 11am Sunday. Food was ok, I told them i was Vegan and they seemed to understand what that ment, but the kitchen didn't have a menu specialized for Vegans, so they gave me their next best thing "The lactose intolerant" menu. so i just chose stuff from there that didn't have meat or any other animal involvement in it. For breakfast I had Tofu Scramble with cornflakes and soy milk. Lunch was taco salad w/black beans, salsa, & guacamole. Dinner was Thai Tofu with roasted potatoes. Just an example for what i ate one of those days in the hospital.
I'm starting to feel better now haven't been able to sleep all that well tho. I am going ot make a point to type in this more just as thearpy.
